The sequence of connecting the PC Software, helicopter, and starting the PC Software.

Please confirm first if you are using the latest version of PC Software which had been released earlier in April at http://www.innovatorrc.com/admin/upload/softfile/BC2281V4.exe

It is all right to connect the helicopter first or the computer or start the PC Software after being connected. Sometimes the computer would not read the data from the helicopter as the settings of hardwares might be different between computers, please pull out the interface cable, wait for a few seconds, plug in the cable again, then click the up right side "Reconnect" on the homepage of Software under such circumstance to solve the problem. 

It is also all right to connect with the battery removed or plugged in. Users can read the data of battery through the " Battery history" on "Data logger" page. 

It is not  allowed that the helicopter is started when connecting. If the helicopter is connected, the starting condition will immediately become invalid. 

My Innovator fails to start although the battery is fully charged. What should I do?
1. Please ensure the battery pack is fully inserted in the battery tray (you should hear a click when pushing the battery pack in). 2. Please ensure throttle stick is at minimum, and set throttle trim to neutral. 3. Visually confirm that the 6-pin connector at the bottom of the battery tray is not damaged. If the 6-pin connector is in good condition, insert the battery again. If the helicopter still can not be started, please contact an exclusive innovator distributor near you.

I've successfully installed the Innovator PC Software (No. 2708) as well as the FMS Simulator Program but for some reasons I can't launch FMS?
Solution:
1. Please download FMS Version 2.0 Beta 0.7 (file size: 6,050KB)
2. First uninstall Version 2.0 Alpha 0.85, and then install Version 2.0 Beta 0.7
3. Upon installation, confirm that the “d3drm.dll” file is installed in the “windows” directory (usually C:\WINDOWS\system and C:\WINDOWS\system32). If the “d3drm.dll” file is missing, please download “d3drm.dll” file and paste it into both of the above folders.
4. Launch the Innovator PC Software one more time, FMS Simulator is now ready to run.



Is the exclusive PC software included in the Super Combo?
The PC software and the USB interface are not included in the Super Combo and must be purchased separately. The Item Number for PC Software / USB Interface is No. 2708.

Is Thunder Tiger offering flight-training courses or technical support?
Thunder Tiger's distributors offer full technical support, but no flying lessons. On the other hand, your local hobbyshop may provide flying lessons, but Thunder Tiger does not guarantee such services.

What is the max control range / distance for the Innovator?
300m and more at an open field. But since the Innovator is a fairly small-size rc model, we strongly recommend not flying beyond that distance as you may not be able to distinguish your helicopter's flying attitude and eventually get disorientated.
